The gel insert literally fell apart after my son used this mouthguard once. He spat it out in pieces. This product is made by a shock doctor and is garbage. The same thing happens with all of their gelliners. So if you don't want to buy a new mouthguard after every use, DO NOT buy this mouthguard or any other armor protection or Shock Doctor gel mouthguard. I can't believe they actually sell this product.
