Review on D-Link 8-Port PoE+ Smart Managed Gigabit Ethernet Switch with 2 SFP Ports and 65W PoE Budget (DGS-1210-10P) by Martin Masaniai

Purchased to support a PoE video surveillance system. Setup was very easy and all devices work well. The only suggestion I would make is that their well thought out comment on system grounding could be expanded to include the "how" of grounding the device. After a few minutes of googling I found a good solution. Take a standard 110V plug, connect a 10 gauge (or so) wire to ground, connect that wire to the ground screw on the unit's case and plug into a standard outlet. The device works well and over time I have increased the number of PoE devices.
