It gives us all access to vote for our candidates online via computer or phone anytime we like during an entire week of early in-person balloting (or even after that). That's great because it means people who normally wouldn’t be able get out are now included through this service - especially important since there has been so much confusion with mailballots being left by pollworkers instead showing up at some voters' homes when they're home already but not their own mailbox where ballot dropboxes were supposed to have gone weeks ago. We use it to manage our candidates for upcoming elections. It has been so much easier than using paper for everything. There are not many features we need that they haven't thought of yet. The software works well for what we need it for. Nothing really. I have had some issues with their customer service but those were resolved quickly. Our school uses this system for all student and parent information.
