The best thing about our experience with OGURY is that it has enabled us get insights which were otherwise not possible due to lack or quality information available in traditional databases, such as Salesforce etc., We are using their API for customer engagement by integrating into one application all CRM's from multiple vendors (SalesForce being only among them). Currently we have used this integration product between sales force crm/sales cloud at one end & ogury api gateway toolkit - webhook service at other side but I am sure there can be more integrations like these where they could integrate both ends easily through RESTful APIs rather than building custom connectors! They support many languages including Java Spring framework so its easy integration within existing systems / frameworks too!!
