Review on Blum Hinge Angle Restriction Clip by Austin Wolf

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works permanently

Worked for our clip with soft closing loops but they were a bit tight so we had to use a tiny file to open up the area in where you place the clip and then gently push until it's tight and then take the back of the table knife and slide it all the way in. Use tweezers or small needle nose pliers to hold the clamp as it is very small. Also a magnifying glass and good light. The clamp was fairly tight but we put it in and it worked to limit the opening to 85 degrees. Prevents cabinet doors from bumping into adjacent walls or cabinets. We have 40" tall cabinets so it took 2 people to remove and reinstall the door. Hinged clips make work easier so you don't have to unscrew anything. There are no instructions, but we found a video on YouTube demonstrating the installation of two different types of clamps. Depending on the type of loop will determine which clip to buy. Before you buy a clip, do a little research.
