The vacuum lasted less than a month with very little use. When trying to turn it on the maximum setting, it worked for a second and then shut off. On the lowest setting, it doesn't suck at all. I disassembled it and cleaned all the filters and parts and it still doesn't work. I contacted company support. If I hadn't been outside the return window with Revane I would have sent it back. I wish I had gone with a well-known vacuum cleaner brand instead, even if they cost a little more. Edit: still no help from company support. I contacted them several times and all they replied was to send them a video of the vacuum not working, which I did. zero answer. Then two more replies followed, none of which have been answered yet.
