Very happy with this drive. I have a major complaint that caused it to lose a star. It never occurred to me that drives are still built with trays. I thought they were all internal. That's my only negative about this drive. That makes the work difficult. Okay, I'll step off my soap dish and really tell you this. So he has a big tray, but still gets his work done quickly and efficiently, is very content and enjoys the suppleness. I'm hard of hearing and my wife is deaf so the walls can rattle and we don't care. But that's not the case, we would feel the vibrations, but they don't create them. Would buy it again, especially if I could find the same in a trayless version.
