Stand definitely works. I don't want to complain because I no longer have to support the sunroof with a stick, I install these working struts. My only concern is that they actually work. When I open the hatch, it flares up so fast it almost touches my chin. When the sunroof opens, it does not move smoothly. It opens so quickly that when fully opened, the entire machine moves.
