These are amazing inline skates for kids. We got our first pair for our son when he was 3 years old. Before that we tried some of the best we could find at ToysRU and he got used to it but he needed help. As soon as we got Roses he was able to roll down the corridor, turn around and stop immediately. Such a big difference from what you can buy at ToysRUs or Walmart, more compact and much easier to handle for a small child. Adjustable size saves a lot of money - we used it for 3.5 years before our son outgrew it. As soon as he started complaining that his toes hurt in the largest size, we went online and ordered another pair of the same size but in the next size up. And we sold his old pair to a friend of his who was having a lot of trouble getting around on a pair of cheap ATV skates. After 5 minutes in Roces she looked like she had been roller skating her whole life. Definitely a good investment.
