Review on 💪 Maximizing Performance: Timbren TORTUN4 Suspension Enhancement System by Djkutt Kent

This is an upgraded version of two applicable options for 2016-2021 Tacoma Trucks. Another version is Tortun4L. The Tortun4L is the shorter of the two and allows for a bit of "squatting". This longer version pretty much eliminates that. The price you pay is a slightly rougher ride over bumps, large expansion cracks or speed bumps. I installed them because I was putting a fairly heavy cover on my truck. The next day we transported my daughter fully laden back to school. The truck was level and stable for the ride. They were easy to install with hand tools, a jack and basic mechanical skills. My truck is fairly new so I didn't have to deal with corrosion on the U-bolts and used and recommended some type of threadlocker for reassembly. There are several installation videos online and I watched a few first. Note that they are about 5 1/4 to 5 1/2 inches tall, which is about the same space between the axle and the frame. This means that under any load, they are in contact most of the time. I don't find the ride harsh or harsh, but all my other trucks are 3/4 or 1 ton. It doesn't take a lot of weight to do the Tacoma squat and they fix that problem. And the truck is more than capable of handling the extra weight (within reason).
