When people call from abroad for information, I pull the pin out. I've just started using it so hopefully calls will be reduced. Even if we don't answer calls, they still call, so it's a bit more active. Safety is the top priority. I can't use it when the dog is in the house because it's so noisy so I have to get it out before I use it to hit the crook.
