Upgrade for this product. Without asking, this company went above and beyond by sending me a brand new phone holder without my asking. The holder is thicker so it holds my phone perfectly no matter how I rotate it. Also, the new air vent mount is more stable and secure, perfect for my passenger's cell phone. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs a mount for their car. Strong and well built, it attaches easily to any surface and sticks securely. So make sure it is exactly where you really want it before you remove the backing and stick it on. Rschunimagu. From that point on, this was my first review. This is a great product and very easy to install. However, there is an exception of 2 things. 1 arms are not long enough to get from the windshield to the dashboard. And 2 phone holders only work when there is no protective phone case on it. The holders need to be narrow to keep the phone in place. Therefore, to use it, I had to take the phone out of the case every time. What a headache! I would return this product but the adhesive and suction work so well I can't get it off without ruining the phone mount.
