I purchased this switch to replace my old switch panel on my 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport because the driver's side power window switch was not working. I received the above panel in good packaging with no damage. However, after removing the door panel, detaching the old switch panel, and removing the old switch panel from the door panel, I installed the SwitchDoctor panel. The first thing I noticed was that the door unlock/lock switch on the front driver's side door didn't even work, nor did the glass on the front passenger's side door roll down. It is impossible to install this panel incorrectly as it only goes one way. Return this switch in its original packaging for a full refund.
