I was really skeptical about this but it actually helps! Today was the first day we've had since getting it where it was dark, cloudy and gloomy outside all day. I sat by this with my eyes closed and imagined the sun beating down on me. It actually feels like that! It seriously lifted my mood pretty quickly. I'm not sure how it will be overtime, but we'll see!
