What I expected when I bought a Cuisinart product - no disappointments, very satisfied with the quality and ease of use - A change or suggestion for the manufacturer k-cup - the device is designed for use with tall cups, but with shorter teacups or standard cups. coffee cups, a small drop of coffee may squirt out of the cup. I put a 1" plastic ring under the cup platform to raise it, eliminating the splatter problem. Make it an accessory for future devices for short-term use of the mug and it would be a reasonably easy change.
