My first impression was good but I'm downgrading it due to a few issues and a total lack of tech support. Don't believe any of the posts that say the support is great - there is none. I can only assume that these are planted reviews. If you have problems, the only way out is to return it. Pros: It's an attractive and seemingly well-built device, and for the most part it works. However, you really need 100% functionality for something like this. I have two problems with mine: 1) Audio crossover with video. When the video moves I get a buzz in the audio. The more movement in the video, the louder the buzzing gets. 2) One of the two desktops I connected never starts on the first try. It usually loads on the second try, but sometimes it takes 3 or even 4 tries. It seems related to the video as I can plug it directly into my monitor and the problem goes away even with the keyboard and mouse still going through the switch. It would be great if I could get help with these issues, but emails to the address listed in the manual have not been answered. So test it thoroughly during the return period if you don't want to be stuck with a device that's having problems. Sending it back is the only option if it doesn't work perfectly.
