The best part of nrich was their quick response rate when solving ad issues or implementing new features as per our requirement.
They are always there with us during emergencies too! Nothing much I dislike about them but will mention some things here:- 1) Sometimes you get multiple emails at once regarding one problem which makes tracking difficult sometimes.- 2). If they don't have what we need then its like searching forever without success. But most importantly if something goes wrong (which happens from time to time), support team comes into play immediately and solve problems very quickly!! We were working together since last year till now and all parties got satisfied eventually.
