I like how customizable it is! You get what you pay for; if you want something easy or simple then there's not much customization in this program but if you have more advanced requirements such as specific charting templates/formats etc., you'll be able to achieve those with minimal effort (in fact sometimes even less than other programs). The customer service could also benefit from some improvements - they aren't always very responsive when questions come up regarding setup issues. We've been using WCLFORD for about 1 year now and haven't had any major problems yet so far. It has helped us organize our charts better by having them stored electronically instead of just being paper copies.
