Welford Chart Notes Review

I like how easy it is access my notes from anywhere in our office or home! The program could be better with more options when using outside devices (iPad etc.) Sometimes you have trouble seeing what's being written if someone else has been writing over top- also sometimes there are delays between people typing up entries at different times which makes me worry about not having everything recorded correctly/up until date!! The ability to create charts and graphs from data pulled directly into the program is very useful when reviewing patient information. I like how easy it was to make my own custom reports using the built-in functions in this product. It's not always intuitive but you get used to it quickly if you have experience with other charting programs. There are some features missing that would be nice (like exporting to PDF). I like how customizable it is! You get what you pay for; if you want something easy or simple then there's not much customization in this program but if you have more advanced requirements such as specific charting templates/formats etc., you'll be able to achieve those with minimal effort (in fact sometimes even less than other programs). The best part about this program is how quickly you are able see what steps need taken in order keep up with changes or new laws so it does not become outdated very fast!
