Review on Welford Chart Notes by Junrey Jewel

The ease in which I was able to learn how easy it is! It's very intuitive but not overbearing when you are trying to get work done fast. There isn't much customization if need arises or additional training is needed because there aren’t any other companies/programs out their teaching this method so they don't really have competition with anyone else using chart notes at my organization. They did send us some sample charts (on paper) though after getting our email address correct from contact info given within program itself - these were helpful. We used them mainly just like regular patient medical record keeping; no different than what one would do without chartnotes except more organized.
