Review on Welford Chart Notes by John Hall

The ability to create charts and graphs from data pulled directly into the program is very useful when reviewing patient information. I like how easy it was to make my own custom reports using the built-in functions in this product. It's not always intuitive but you get used to it quickly if you have experience with other charting programs. There are some features missing that would be nice (like exporting to PDF). If someone wants something simple they should check out Microsoft Excel or Google Docs instead. We're solving our need for reporting by creating custom graphs/charts as part of our EMR implementation process. This allows us to see trends over time without having to run separate queries against disparate databases.
