Review on Welford Chart Notes by Issac Smart

The charting functionality is very good with all my providers in one place! I don't like how it takes forever before you are able see what's going into each patient record when looking at charts/records from previous visits or even if there were no changes made during this visit (even though sometimes nothing was changed).

It would be nice to have some sort of notification system so patients know their info has been entered correctly without having someone go back through every single note after they've left just because something wasn’t completed properly by them initially - not sure why but maybe other systems do better? This helps me keep track easily since everything gets put together here now instead of trying remember where certain notes went etc which used to take time searching everywhere else previously using paper only methods.
