Review on Welford Chart Notes by Jacob Andreti

I like how easy it is access my notes from anywhere in our office or home! The program could be better with more options when using outside devices (iPad etc.) Sometimes you have trouble seeing what's being written if someone else has been writing over top- also sometimes there are delays between people typing up entries at different times which makes me worry about not having everything recorded correctly/up until date!! We've just started working together so far no issues yet but this would help make sure everyone gets their info entered into EHR properly.
