IT WORKED ONCE. I was told they would replace him. But no!

I RECEIVED A NOTE FROM THE DEALER AND WILL BE REPLACING AHEAD. 3 WEEKS LATER AND 2 EMAILS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED FROM AMAZON OR RETAILER. I was expecting this to work more than once! The second time around the engine kept running and didn't stop until I removed the batteries. Tried to find the manufacturer to no avail. Extremely upset! Waste about $24. It was great, 1X it worked.
