Belkin has been alerted to potential issues with external monitors not waking up when connected to the Thunderbolt 3 Dock on 2019-2020 Intel-based MacBook Pro computers running Big Sur version 11.3 (or earlier). The issue requires a full shutdown of the MacBook. We haven't seen this issue with the M1-based MacBook and are investigating the issue with our technology partners to quickly resolve the issue. To reduce the frequency of the problem occurring, ensure that your PC fully wakes from sleep mode before docking or undocking it.
