update on October 17th, I had to return the headset, three things happened, the volume wheel was stuck and I was spinning it when I pushed it up and it went automatically Continue Scrolling the volume up without further touching the steering wheel and the second big issue is I hear pops more often than noise, which is annoying as hell, after all the volume is weak for 50mm drivers, my Arctis 7 are much louder than these and i have no volume or audio issues. .PS. If you have a big or big head, it will probably be uncomfortable, it's sad because Corsair had something special here, and for me it's Runik. Don't believe everything the YouTube barkers tell you that they mostly get sets for free and/or get paid for reviews. The headset exudes quality, the headband adjustment is smooth and has steps you can feel and see to match opposite sides. The mic is clean and has a nice glowing ring for the mute indicator, comfortable pads and headband pads, the clamping force is a bit high but I'm sure they will break. Wireless sounds fantastic, but plugging it in gives you extra bandwidth and a crazy soundstage. All cables and keys have nice metallic accents, the bag looks a bit gothic but it's really good. I switched to them from Steelseries Arctis 7. I like both, but I have a feeling the Corsair kit might outlive my build because the Arctis has sketchy swivel mounts on the earcups, although I haven't had any issues with that yet. The RGB lighting actually looks amazing and seeps through the holes in the aluminum body of the cups, although you can't see it when it's on it's a great touch. The only thing missing from this set, which I like more about SteelSeries, is a chat/mic mix function that can be mixed on the fly.
