I had a bad maf last year and dropped in price and bought a Chinese fake at 1/3 the price. Everything was fine for about 4 months and bam I got more MAF codes. Checked and in fact I had another bad maf but only 4000 miles on this one. The OEM Maf had 265,000 miles, the replacement had 4000. Not really worth the time and money wasted IMO. This time I got this one and immediately I see that the quality differs only in the exposed components. OEM quality goes without saying and should be considered when purchasing sensors and components for a vehicle that you intend to operate and drive yourself. It was only a little bit, but I have no doubt that this time it will last.
