Best knife for your money, you won't regret it!

I am a pastry chef and have been using this everyday knife for 2 years now. I bought this on the recommendation of a colleague and I wasn't disappointed! This knife is light, well balanced and comfortable to use. I've tried many of my colleagues' knives at different prices and while some were a little better or could be used for more things, I just can't bring myself to spend that much money on a knife. really sharp and held that sharpness quite well over the two years I've had. I can count on one hand the number of times I've had to sharpen it on a wet stone. I use steel to sharpen the blade every time I use it and if I do it often. Slicing and dicing, I can sharpen it multiple times. With just a few sips on each side, he can easily cut through tomatoes and chop herbs without hurting them. such things. But for an everyday knife for slicing fruits, vegetables, and some meats, it gets the job done. You won't find a better knife for the money. And all my colleagues who have tried it can't believe it cost me less than $10. I also have 2 other kiwi knives and while this is my favorite for size and utility they are also of equal quality and have retained the blade with only a wet stone to sharpen. Kiwi has a client for life in me!
