I add a few foil wrapped bricks that have been heated in the oven and this further increases the time and temperature at which the food stays warm. Add an ice pack to carry cold items and it works just as well. A few pieces of cardboard placed between the layers will help transport multiple items. Easy to store away when not in use. The handle is safe and easy to carry. Good product!
