A few years ago I got into wood burning out of curiosity and bought the cheapest wood burning pen I had at my local craft store. It worked well enough, but as I started to get more involved with it and had more requests for my work, I wanted to take my pen a step further. I do a lot of animal portraits that I fire and finish with a color wash and right now that suits my needs perfectly. I don't use many attachments, usually only 3 or 4, but the ones I've used work well and are easy to change out. I like the two temperature settings and the grip is much more comfortable than my previous grip. I'm even considering buying a second pen so I have a backup and don't have to wait for it to cool down to change brush heads. Would definitely recommend this to those who get wet feet from burning wood.
