i5 did not take because of the mini-itx case and low-profile small cooler. I do not like noise, so at 800 rpm it is enough. There are no more fans. The drive is SSD. In the heat of +32 even i3 is hot. What can you do, you have to pay for the small dimensions of the system unit (like the xbox360, including the TFX power supply) and the silence. And i3 is the best here. Pros: Very nimble (sometimes it almost catches up with the younger i5, due to HT and high clock speed), good integrated graphics. I'm not a gamer, but I like to play old (10 or more years) games. Sometimes I run in CS: Source - it flies at settings close to the maximum. Cons below: Price. Intel, the processor is cool, but you have to be more modest, more modest!
