I used to have a device called "Ding King" (discontinued) which was almost identical to this device. It works exactly the same. The difference is that I have had very good success removing fender dents with another device. This one, not so much. If you turn the handle pulling the "leg" taped to the dent, it should stay connected long enough to remove at least some parts of the dent. Sometimes repeated steps are required to achieve the desired effect. But that leg is peeling off too soon. Leave the adhesive on the dent and dent intact. I made three attempts on the same spot, no change. I understand how to use the tool, how to make sure you're using the right foot, glue stick, etc. But overall, this kit just doesn't work. bad buy. If I could put 0 stars I would.
