Review on TM3 by Scott Spoja

I like that our customer service department can easily pull up all of their reports in one place as well see who has done what with each patient so they know which people are doing great work within this organization! The system could be more user friendly but it's not terrible either. It does its job pretty good when we need something specific or want access/information about an entire group (like everyone enrolled). We use TM-HCP because there isn't anything better out right now if looking solely into health care provider organizations. The customer service that I receive when calling has been amazing! They are always willing to help me with any of my questions or concerns. It's easy to use system which makes it convenient for our clients as well. There isn't anything in particular about this product; however we've had no issues since implementation. We utilize their services daily so they continue to be available even after hours if necessary.
