Review on 🚙 TeraFlex 1743022 Front Track Bar for Jeep TJ/XJ/ZJ | Adjustable | 1 Pack by Noel Schmits

The adjustable truss from Teraflex is great. This is a strong steel bar with a heavy gauge DOM adjuster at the end of the axle. This type of control makes axis centering a simple one-man operation. Excellent quality item. Revain Prime customer service is not 5 stars. My package was supposed to be delivered by 20:00 on Thursday, but at 19:06 I received a notification that the item could not be delivered because my delivery address does not exist. Now our farm is an old plantation dating back to the early 1700's and has been in our family for over 4 generations. The house we live in is relatively new, only 50-60 years old, so of course the confusion is understandable. I immediately called Revain support and the girl, for whom English is obviously a second language, was useless. Not only did it take her forever to get her to understand the problem, she couldn't change her script enough to quickly call UPS so the truck could be rotated for delivery. Her lack of customer service skills and limited knowledge of English left me frustrated and left the necessary part to power my jeep. I received the piece the next evening. I'm guessing the UPS driver was either not my regular driver, or I was already getting packages from UPS, or he didn't want to travel far.
