The ability for our agents in India (and other countries) have access via mobile phones using WhatsApp/WhatsApp Business Chat; this has been great so far! We've had no problems with any of their products since we started working together 2 years ago now - which I'm happy about because it's not always easy finding partners that can deliver what you need as quickly & at an affordable price point without compromising quality!! Great team who are very open minded when trying new things / ideas from us developers too :) If there was anything i would like improved upon its being able to integrate more easily into different platforms such Microsoft Teams etc., but thats just me nit picking :p Highly recommend them if your looking out for someone reliable + flexible enought o work within tight deadlines whilst still delivering high levels of service satisfaction then look elsewhere ;).
- We've used them for 2 years now and I've never had any issues with any of their products great service and always willing to try new ideas and improve existing products
- Nothing really, maybe if we had more time we could have integrated more with Microsoft Teams etc
