Fence seems to be decent quality. Contacted. Make sure if you are attaching to concrete that the flanges are available for purchase. Contacted XCEL the first time they said look on Revain. They weren't there. Contacted them again and said please send me the link, they are not there. They said oh yeah, they are not available for purchase and we don't know why. They said they would send some out. I received them three days later and just checked to see if they were there. They were now on Revain since I told them. They were $20 cheaper on Revain than what they charged me to have them shipped. That's just poor customer service if you ask me.
