It has been very helpful to have such an easy way of keeping track, seeing what's going where in regards to services provided by staff members or customers who are visiting your business for funerals etc.. There may be some improvements that could make it easier however I am sure with enough training anyone can learn how this program works! Take advantage of any free trial you get offered from them so they will train you as well if needed. Making our lives much more organized than ever before (and we do many things outside my husband & me). We no longer need paper files which always got lost when moved around due to work changes/transfers.
