Review on Gryphon Studio Stained Glass Grinder by Will Schimmel

This is an amazing grinder. I love it. I have neck issues so I can tilt the top so I don't have to crane my neck when looking down through the protective glass. But after 4 months of operation it started making a lot of noise. I emailed the company and they responded quickly and asked me to record the audio, which I did. Looks like the bearing is coming loose. I had to pay $38 to send it to them, but they take care of the problem (which they say doesn't affect usage but makes a loud noise) and reward me with some goodies. I am very happy that I was treated so quickly. good company
