A beautiful Santoku knife with a blue handle. It stands out from all our other black handle knives with its easy choice. Unfortunately, sellers do not include a complete blade sheath with their knives. We keep our homemade knives in a drawer. We've had a small Santoku knife for twenty years. Finally it's time to have a full size one. It's spicy, full of flavor and strong. We have already started using it and plan to use it frequently over the next twenty years.
