This is an intermediate paint remover, which I think is to be expected from a non-corrosive product. My problem is false advertising. I did it exactly as directed and left the product on for the maximum time and it only removed one coat of paint. Removed two coats of tough elbow grease with a damp deck brush. I recommend a few things: 1.) do it on the street. It stinks. 2.) Leave it for a full 24 hours. 3.) COVER it. I used a deck brush and then a cleaning rag. 4.) It REALLY went through a pair of rubber gloves, so something about it is pretty corrosive. Lol5.) I had to use a lot of product to make it thick enough for it to work. I've got to try at least one more anyway, because I'm taking it off an antique picture frame that has been repainted many times. . Harsh chemicals should be avoided.
