Review on 🌡️ MASTERCOOL Blue Infrared and Contact Thermometer 52226 by Sandy Johnson

I've had this thermometer before and it's fallen out of my sleeve pocket far too many times. Finally it's time to buy a new one. So this one looks and acts exactly the same as my old one, except the back isn't quite warped from melting (I wasn't. It was an incompetent pastry chef at a cooking school who melted it). So yes. I work in the food industry and think it's great to have a dual IR thermometer and a probe thermometer. This item has a clip that allows it to stay in the sleeve of my chef's jacket. I was thinking of a pistol IR thermometer but for my job it's much more convenient to be able to get one when I need it. And the accuracy of the IR is perfect for checking temperatures in fryers and refrigerators. The probe is useful for checking the internal temperature of meat (e.g. ribs and chicken). Finally, Revain doesn't actually sell this item, but the shipping was super fast. I bought it on Sunday and received it on Tuesday. One cannot serve like that. Very happy with the delivery.
