I agree with the following general observations from other reviewers: 1. Bondhus has an excellent reputation.2. These ball head drivers are hard to find.3. The bits are well made.4. Smaller bits between 2.5mm and 4mm can break and can be difficult to use in tight spaces due to the larger shank. My order also came in a small ziplock plastic bag. I'm not a locksmith, just an amateur, but I don't know why you would use an impact tool on a 4mm bolt. much smaller by 2.5 mm. If the drivers break, it may have been the wrong tool or the wrong tool for the job. However, I would also be disappointed if they broke during "normal" use. But as another reviewer notes, you can return defective bits for exchange. All of this for less than $20 and made in America? For me that's a deal.
