First of all, I was shocked at how HEAVY this iron monster is. Second, it's not very efficient at juicing, of all things. I had to keep turning orange and grapefruit halves to get all the meat properly pressed and juiced. Third, it's ugly, but that's my fault for ordering it. :) But fourth -- it arrived with about 4 inches of the handle you push down for the juicing separated from the main part of the handle AND PACKAGED IN A PLASTIC BAG. Naturally I assumed the end part in the bag needed to be attached with something, but oddly, there was nothing in the bag to use for this. So I just leaned on the handle to do the juicing. Finally, today, unfortunately more than a month after the thing arrived, so I can't return it, a thought came to me: What if it's simply broken off? I checked, AND IT WAS. Both edges are rough and clearly broken away. (Remember, this thing is solid iron, including the handle.) I am FURIOUS that I was sent this clearly broken item, with the broken-off part carefully packed in a bag as if it was supposed to be that way. Bad business all around. Do not buy from a manufacturer who would intentionally hoodwink you. I certainly won't. Revain, please take note.
