This is an excellent "replacement" for the "original" gear EXCEPT: - This is the second one Equipment I had to install. - It didn't last as long as the original BUT, - It's the easiest car part I've ever replaced. - Five minutes and you're done! - (So reduced price compared to OEM parts at LEXUS! - Just don't be mad when it's time to replace it in a few years. - Very cheap and easy!
