so I tried to let them know about the rimless towels just received. No answer so I guess they want another bad review. I have bought these towels several times. These towels are not of the quality they had. They are lighter, thinner, the edge is sewn differently, the edges are also frayed, like from a pack. They are terrible compared to the older towels I got from them. I tried to ask her if there has really been any change in the last few years or later, but got no answer. But I think it's clear that they've changed. Either that or you have a manufacturer making inferior things. Scratches are visible in one photo, in the other - the difference in the sewn edge. One shows the stitching and the other doesn't, and it's a clean, straight line. They are definitely different and don't look like the high quality towels I've received before. and i . looking for other wipes now.
