Review on Diablo D0648F 48 Tooth Ferrous Circular by Sean Ceo

The ad DOES NOT say what type of steel this blade will cut. Cuts mild steel only. I tried cutting a woven mess with about 3/16 inch thread but found it was hardened steel. If you want to cut metal with this blade, make sure it's easy to cut with a file. If not, use a flashlight. I would rate all the features much higher IF this issue was clearly advertised so I don't break the blade unnecessarily. Addendum: I bought a second blade from Home Depot because I needed it badly. The only metal I cut off some thin steel roof with was that I had to patch the roof. It worked fine but after that when I use it on wood it burns and doesn't want to cut. I've changed the rating from 3 to 2 and it's generous, I'm not sure what the problem is but I doubt I'll buy this blade again.
