This little guy survived about 30 angle cuts through 16 gauge 2 inch square mild steel pipe. over $1 per cut. I put it in my circular saw and the first few cuts went like clockwork. The cuts were so smooth and clean that they were easy to weld. Once that blade was dead I used a grinding wheel in the angle grinder and of course the gaps got bigger. The ad DOES NOT say what type of steel this blade will cut. Cuts mild steel only. I tried cutting a woven mess with about 3/16 inch thread but found it was hardened steel. If you want to cut metal with this blade, make sure it's easy to cut with a file. If not, use a flashlight. I can't believe how well this thing works. I often use metal roofing materials and cut them in various ways. I saw them at a local store but they didn't fit my cordless saw. I was very happy to try it. And it worked great in the beginning. It literally couldn't be used for a full day.
