These molds are very well made; durable yet flexible enough to eject contents with a single squeeze. Easy to clean and true to size. I ordered separate molds that come with a plastic lid (for storage) and a silicone lid (for cooking). With the silicone lid, I didn't have to use aluminum foil. We made Eggbites and I was able to pop 2 at a time into my Mealthy MultiPot 8 qt brand and they came out great! We also cracked an egg in each compartment and covered with a silicone lid and they were so quick to make and came out so good I will never peel eggs again. I purchased two (2) separate forms to fill out while the others are being prepared. We lined a baking sheet with parchment paper, placed the egg pieces on the baking sheet and quickly froze. Then I put them in a single serving container (4 per person). I steamed them for 10 minutes to warm up and they came out creamy and moist. I've found that the oven tends to dry them out a bit. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!
