Runs small

Runs small Finally back. Bought for my 4 year old who is 43 pounds, about 38 inches tall and wears 4 ton for all other swim shorts. I bought a size up thinking he might grow into them next year but they look like they fit him perfectly at the moment. (Provided they are about one size smaller than originally)
