great mat for all types of home workouts

as another reviewer has said the texture is lovely.no funky smell.if you’re using on a hard floor i recommend a knee pad but i feel that’s the case with any mat.i use it with and without shoes and little dog feet joining in and no issues.it checked all of the boxes for size, price, shoes.the texture and color were pleasant surprises.don’t expect anything fancy from the "carrying strap” it’s really just a long shoe string with loops that isn’t useful for storage or carrying
